CONCERNING
FOURTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 89/KMK.04/2002 ON PROCEDURES FOR EXEMPTION FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE ON THE IMPORT OF GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AS WELL AS THEIR OFFICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering:
- a. that the Indonesian government and Koninklije Nederlands Centrale Vereniging tot Bestrijding der Tuberculosis (KNCV) already signed memorandum of understanding;
- b. that based on recommendation from the State Secretariat, KNCV can be stipulated as an international organization;
- c. that based on the considerations as meant in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate a decree of the Minister of Finance on the Fourth Amendment to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on procedures for exemption from import duty and excise on the import of goods for the need of international agencies and their officials assigned in Indonesia;
In view of:
- 1. Law No. 10/1995 on customs affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
- 2. Law No. 11/1995 on excise affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 76, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613);
- 3. Presidential Decree No. 228/M/2001;
- 4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on procedures for exemption from import duty and excise on the import of goods for the need of international agencies and their officials assigned in Indonesia;
DECIDES
To stipulate :
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 89/KMK.04/2002 CONCERNING PROCEDURES FOR EXEMPTION FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE ON THE IMPORT OF GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AS WELL AS THEIR OFFICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA.
Article 1
To amend Attachment I point VI of Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 by supplementing one no, namely no. 26, so as to entirely read as follows:

Article 2
The decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, the decree shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
